6 ounces crumbled german cambozola cheese , divided
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
4 slices toasted german bread ( e.g . whole rye , `` Fitnessbrot , '' sunflower seed or pumpernickel )
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
