Ingredients

2 packets Sazon Goya seasoning ( you can get this in the international or mexican isle )
1 package sofrito sauce ( you can make your own too )
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup water
2 cups rice
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
1 link chorizo sausage ( I get a pkg of 6 links )
1 package andouille sausages
2 tablespoons olive oil
nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

1.Rinse rice in a fine-mesh sieve until water runs clear. Drain well.

3.Add chorizo sausage and andouille sausages; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes.
4.Stir in rice, Sazon Goya seasoning, sofrito sauce, chicken broth, and water.
5.Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 18 to 20 minutes.
6.Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
7.Fluff with a fork and serve.
