2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups frozen green peas , thawed
1/4 cup fresh parsley , chopped
1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

4.Add in the garlic, salt, thyme, smoked paprika, fennel seed, black pepper, and saffron, and stir until well combined.
5.Pour in the sherry, hot pepper sauce, and beef broth, stirring well to combine.
6.Add the beef back into the pot and bring everything to a simmer. Cover and transfer the pot to the oven to bake for 2-3 hours, or until the beef is very tender, stirring occasionally.
7.In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add the mixture to the pot and stir until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
8.Stir in the peas, parsley, and sherry wine vinegar and serve hot.
