1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion , diced fine
1 garlic clove , crushed
3 tablespoons white wine
2 eggs
2/3 cup cream
6 ounces canned crabmeat , drained
1/2 cup shredded manchego cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 ounces butter
2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.In a pan, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until soft.

8.Press the circles into tartlet tins and trim the edges.
9.Pour the crab mixture into the tartlet tins.
10.Bake the tartlets for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.
11.Let it cool before serving.
