3 freshly squeezed oranges , juice of
1 freshly squeezed seville oranges , juice of or 1 lemon
100 g butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon chopped of fresh mint
1 tablespoon pine nuts ( optional )
1 teaspoon cornflour ( optional )

Instructions
