1 pinch red pepper flakes
2 fresh thyme sprigs ( or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme )
sea salt
2 -3 tablespoons Italian parsley , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

4.Transfer the tomatoes to a baking dish, making sure they are in a single layer.
5.Sprinkle sea salt over the top of the tomatoes.
6.Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are slightly wrinkled and soft.
7.Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
8.Sprinkle chopped Italian parsley over the top of the tomatoes before serving.
