Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar salsa , divided
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup rice , uncooked
1 can whole kernel corn , undrained
1 can black beans , drained ( whole beans , not refried )
1 can chicken breasts
1/2 cup water ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F
2.In a large mixing bowl combine the cream of chicken soup, half of the jar of salsa, and cheddar cheese soup. Mix well.
3.Add in the uncooked rice, whole kernel corn with liquid, and drained black beans. Mix well.
4.Drain the canned chicken breasts and add them to the bowl. Mix well.
5.Spread half of the remaining salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
6.Pour the mixture from the bowl into the baking dish.
7.Add the remaining salsa to the top of the mixture.
8.Add ½ cup of water to the baking dish.
9.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
10.Uncover the baking dish and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown
