1 1/2 lbs spaghettini , cooked according to package directions

Instructions

1.Combine the veal, pork, beef, bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg, and 1/2 cup warm water in a large bowl.

12.Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked spaghettini, and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
