Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti
2 -3 tablespoons salt
1/2 cup butter , divided
3 tablespoons olive oil , divided
4 garlic cloves , minced

1 tomatoes , chopped
3 -4 cups spinach , coarsely chopped

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 ounces feta cheese , crumbled
1/2 cup parmesan cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes.
2.Drain the pasta and set aside. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
3.In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and onions and cook for a minute or until fragrant.

7.Add the remaining 1/4 cup of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and cook for another minute or until the butter has melted. Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
