Ingredients

9 slices cooked bacon
3 cups cooked spaghetti
1 quart good quality tomato juice ( Heinz is good )
3 cups sliced uncooked potatoes
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups celery , diced

Instructions

1.In a pan, brown the ground beef together with garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.

3.To the ground beef mixture, add the cream of mushroom soup, bacon, cooked spaghetti, and tomato juice. Mix well and pour it over the potatoes.

5.Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for an hour. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
