Ingredients

1 cup onion , chopped finely
3 -4 tablespoons oil
1 cup celery , chopped finely
1 cup mushroom , sliced up fine
1 cup cooked soybeans ( soak them over night , and cook them boiling water for 10 min )
1 cup green onion
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth or 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons brown sugar
black pepper
white pepper

Instructions
