Ingredients

1/2 cup vadi , crushed
1 medium potato
1/4 cup channa dal
1 inch ginger
2 -3 cloves garlic
1 small onion
salt
garam masala powder , to taste
red chili powder , to taste
3 tablespoons panir ( tofu )
2 tablespoons cashews , chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
3 -5 coriander leaves , chopped
3 -4 green chilies , chopped
Soya vadi kababs are a popular snack in India, made using vadi (a type of dried soy protein), channa dal, and spices. Instructions

1.Boil the potato and channa dal together until soft.
2.Mash them together in a bowl and add crushed vadi, garam masala powder, red chili powder, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, chopped cashews, raisins, and chopped coriander leaves.
3.Knead the mixture to form a dough.
4.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and apply oil to a baking sheet.
5.Grease your hands and make small kababs out of the dough.
6.Place the kababs on the baking sheet and brush them with oil.
7.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, turning them over once in between.
