Ingredients

1/2 cup soya granules
1 cup ground chicken
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
3 cups milk
salt
2 green chilies ( chopped )
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves ( chopped )
2 medium onions
oil , to shallow fry
2 tablespoons mustard paste
6 tablespoons tomato ketchup
4 lettuce leaves ( halved )
2 medium tomatoes ( sliced )
7 -8 black peppercorns ( freshly crushed )

Instructions

1.In a bowl, soak soya granules in milk for 15 minutes. Drain and squeeze to remove excess milk.
2.Add ground chicken, salt, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and half of the sliced onions to the bowl. Mix well.
3.Divide the mixture into four equal parts. Form each part into a patty.
4.Shallow fry the patties in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
5.Toast the hamburger buns.
6.Spread mustard paste on the bottom half of each bun. Add lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes on top. Add the chicken patty on top of the vegetables.
7.Mix tomato ketchup with freshly crushed peppercorns. Spread the mixture on the top half of each bun. Top the burger with the remaining sliced onions.
8.Serve hot and enjoy!
