5/8 cup white grape juice

14 ounces boneless lamb or 14 ounces boneless chicken

Instructions

1.Cut the onion into small pieces and peel the garlic cloves.

7.Preheat the griddle pan and thread the meat cubes onto skewers.
8.Grill the souvlakia skewers for about 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked to your liking.
