1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper , or to taste

1/2 teaspoon fajita seasoning
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes , or to taste

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, add all the drained and rinsed beans, corn, chopped Mexican stewed tomatoes, minced red onion, minced jalapeno pepper, minced yellow, orange and red bell peppers, and chopped cilantro.
2.Add the lime juice, white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, and honey. Mix everything together thoroughly.
3.Add fajita seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and give it time to rest for 30 minutes before serving. Serve garnished with some cilantro leaves on top.
