1 cup corn
cornmeal , for dusting
1 purchased pizza dough
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups monterey jack pepper cheese , shredded
2 cups iceberg lettuce , shredded
1 cup pico de gallo
1/2 cup black olives , sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425 F.
2.In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, lemon juice and zest, TABASCO Chipotle Pepper Sauce, and chives. Set this aside.
3.In a large skillet, sauté the onion, poblano chile, jalapeno, and half of the grated garlic until softened. Then add the ground pork and the remaining garlic. Cook until the pork is browned.
4.Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and coriander. Cook for another minute, then add the taco sauce and corn. Simmer this for 5 minutes.
5.Meanwhile, sprinkle some cornmeal on a baking sheet. Roll out the pizza dough on this baking sheet. Brush the edges with olive oil.
6.Spread the Greek yogurt mixture on top of the pizza dough. Then top it with the pork mixture and the shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
