Instructions

1.In a saucepan, dissolve vegetable bouillon in water over medium heat.
2.Add turnips, onions, garlic, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until turnips are tender.
3.Drain the turnips and reserve 1/4 cup of the vegetable stock.
4.Mash the turnips and add the sour cream, shredded cheese, and reserved vegetable stock.
5.Mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
6.Garnish with chopped fresh parsley (optional).
