2 tablespoons coffee
150 ml milk
3 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

1.Pour water into the lower chamber of the Italian Moka Pot.
2.Fill the coffee filter with 2 tablespoons of coffee powder and place it over the water chamber.
3.Screw the upper chamber on top of the lower chamber and place the pot on the stove over medium heat.
4.As the coffee starts to brew and rise to the upper chamber, add 3 teaspoons of sugar into the lower chamber.
5.Meanwhile, heat milk in a separate pan to just below boiling point and set it aside.
6.Once the coffee is fully brewed, remove the pot from the heat and pour a small amount of coffee into a cup to create a frothy layer.
7.Pour the remaining coffee into the cup.
8.Finally, pour hot milk into the coffee and stir well. Serve hot.
