150 g tomatoes ( strained tomato juice )
1 garlic clove
200 ml stock ( beef )
2 g pepper
5 g salt
3 g fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

1.Cut the tips from the ends of the french beans and discard.
2.In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic and onions until they turn slightly golden.
3.Add the strained tomato juice, beef stock, salt, and pepper to the mixture and bring it to a boil.
4.Once boiling, add the french beans and stir well.
5.Turn down the heat to low and cover the pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the beans are tender.
6.Once done, place the sautéed beans in a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley leaves.
