1 1/4 cups apple juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 packages refrigerated cinnamon rolls ( 8 rolls per package )

Instructions

1.In a saucepan, combine the apple juice and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
2.Add the raisins and walnuts and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes until the raisins plump up and the mixture thickens slightly.
3.Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and pour into the raisin mixture.
4.Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy.
5.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
6.Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
7.Remove the cinnamon roll dough from the packages. Separate them and set the icing packet aside.
8.Cut each roll in half.
9.Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the prepared pan starting from the center and working outwards.
10.Pour the raisin mixture over the rolls, spreading it out evenly.
11.Cover the raisin mixture with the remaining pieces of cinnamon roll dough.
12.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
