Instructions

5.In a separate bowl, mix together the cornmeal, beaten egg, paprika, sugar, and salt until combined.
6.Spread the cornmeal mixture over the top of the bean and sweet potato mixture in the frypan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, until the cornmeal topping is crisp and golden.
