Ingredients

2 slices white bread
1 cup milk

2 yellow onions , coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic , finely chopped
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 cup dark seedless raisins
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon mango chutney , large pieces chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
6 bay leaves

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Soak the bread in milk and set aside.
3.In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter and sauté the onions and garlic until softened. Add curry powder and raisins and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and stir in almonds, lemon juice, and mango chutney.
4.In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add ground lamb, soaked bread, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
