6 cups all-purpose flour , divided

Instructions

10.Punch down dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 16 x 12-inch rectangle.
11.Combine 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, raisins, and almonds; sprinkle over dough.
12.Roll up the dough tightly, starting with a long edge, pressing firmly to eliminate air pockets; pinch seam and ends to seal.
13.Place the dough seam-side down in a 10-inch tube pan coated with cooking spray.
14.Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
15.Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until bread sounds hollow when tapped.
16.Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
17.In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, evaporated milk, and almond extract, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Drizzle glaze over bread.
