8 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

4.Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mexicorn, green chilies, and enchilada sauce.
