5 corn tortillas , cut into thin strips
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup mild cheddar cheese , shredded
1/2 cup black beans , drained rinsed
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped ( garnish )

Instructions
