1 can jalapenos ( for medium salsa , less for mild , more for hot )
1 lime , juice of

Instructions

1.Drain the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and stewed tomatoes to remove excess liquid.
2.Place all the canned tomatoes, canned jalapenos, and quartered onion into a food processor, and pulse a few times to your desired texture.
3.Add in lime juice, salt, and cilantro and pulse to combine.
4.Taste and adjust seasoning according to your preference.
5.Serve chilled or at room temperature with your favorite tortilla chips or Mexican dishes.
