6 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup cilantro , chopped and tightly packed

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, chopped onions and chopped jalapenos.
