Ingredients

1/2 cup semolina
1/4 cup ghee
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon sliced almonds or 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
2 tablespoons raisins ( optional )

Instructions

1.Heat ghee in a pan and add semolina.

3.Now, add sugar and mix it thoroughly.
4.Add water slowly and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
5.Add cardamom powder and keep stirring it again for 2-3 minutes.
6.Finally, garnish it with sliced almonds and raisins.
