Ingredients

2 lbs ground pork
1 packet seasoned stuffing mix ( I used sage and onion )
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons dried mustard
good grinding black pepper
2 eggs , beaten
2 apples , chopped fine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of somerset red onion marmalade ( Somerset Red Onion Marmalade # 1 )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

4.Mix well and add water as needed to make the mixture moist.
5.Take a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and grease it. Add the pork mixture evenly.
6.Bake for around 1 hour until the meatloaf is cooked throughout and browned on top.
7.Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
