Ingredients

1 package refrigerated breadstick dough
1 egg white , lightly beaten
coarse salt , for sprinkling on pretzels
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1 1/8 cups grated swiss cheese ( melted )
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash pepper ( optional )

Instructions

7.Stir in the grated swiss cheese until melted and smooth. Add in Tabasco sauce, pepper, and salt to taste.
8.Remove pretzels or breadsticks from oven and serve warm with the Swiss cheese dip for dipping.
