1/2 teaspoon salt
250 g instant polenta
200 g dolcelatte , diced
100 g shredded fresh basil

Instructions

1.In a large pot, boil 2 litres of water and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
2.Gradually add 250g of instant polenta and whisk until fully combined.
3.Reduce the heat to low and continue to whisk the polenta for 5-7 minutes until thickened and smooth.
4.Add 200g of diced dolcelatte cheese and 100g of shredded fresh basil, stirring until the cheese has melted.
5.Pour the polenta into a serving dish and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
