Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the gram flour, curds, water, green chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, and salt until smooth. Let the batter sit for at least 30 minutes.
2.In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and add the mustard seeds. When they start spluttering, add them to the batter and mix well.
3.Preheat a steamer and grease a plate with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the plate and steam for 10-12 minutes or until cooked. Repeat with the remaining batter.
4.Cut the cooked rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve garnished with cilantro and fresh grated coconut.
