100 g enoki mushrooms , bases trimmed
1/4 cup toasted desiccated coconut
1/4 cup deep fried shallot

Instructions

1.Cut the snake beans into 5cm lengths diagonally.

4.Stir in the sauce mixture and the mushrooms for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
5.Remove from heat and top with toasted coconut and deep-fried shallots before serving.
