1/2 slice rye bread , buttered
1 boiled new potato
1 red onion
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 sprig parsley
1 herring fillet , filet cured

Instructions

1.Spread butter on rye bread slice.
2.In a pot of boiling water, add the boiled new potato and boil for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked.
3.Once cooked, drain the potatoes and set aside.
4.Cut red onion into slices and place them on top of the buttered rye bread slice.
5.Place the boiled potatoes on top of the onion slices.
6.Place the herring fillet on top of the potatoes.
7.Add a teaspoon of sour cream on top of the herring fillet.
8.Garnish with sprig parsley.
