Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar, stir to blend.
3.Add in the eggs and hot water, mix very well.
4.Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
5.Scoop a tablespoon of dough and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
6.Put 1 mini marshmallow and 1 chocolate wafer in the center. Shape into a ball, covering the filling completely with the cookie dough.
7.Place the cookie dough ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
8.Repeat steps 5-7 until all of the dough is used up. Space them about 2 inches apart.
9.Bake in preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden in color.
10.Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 2 minutes before transferring them onto a wire rack to cool completely.
