Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400F.
2.In a large baking sheet, add cauliflower florets and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
3.Roast cauliflower for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
4.In a large pot, add chicken broth and chipotle chile in adobo sauce. Bring to a boil.
