2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/4 cups water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

5.Knead the dough for a few minutes, then shape it into a log.
6.In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together 2 veggie bouillon cubes, 2 tbsp. liquid smoke, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup maple syrup, black pepper, clove, and enough water to cover the roast.
7.Place the roast in a baking dish and pour the mixture over it.
8.Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
9.Remove from the oven and allow the roast to cool before slicing and serving.
