Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs flank steaks , cut into 5 inch strips
12 corn tortillas
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 cup guacamole
1 cup salsa

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together paprika, ancho chile powder, garlic powder, onion powder, light brown sugar, dried chipotle powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt and fresh ground pepper.
2.Whisk in the lime juice and vegetable oil, until well combined.
3.Add the steak strips to the marinade and toss them to coat well.
4.Leave it aside to marinate for at least 1 hour.
5.Preheat your oven to 375°F, and grill the marinated steak strips for 10-12 minutes.
6.Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips and grill them, as well.
7.Warm the corn tortillas for a few minutes.
8.Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with steak strips, bell pepper strips, guacamole, and salsa, and serve immediately.
