Ingredients

500 g mince meat
3 cm ginger
1 medium onion
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
5 -6 green chilies
3 teaspoons roasted chana
5 -6 cashews
3 cm raw papayas
1 teaspoon cumin or 1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
red chile
salt
oil , to fry
1 piece charcoal
1 teaspoon ghee

Instructions

1.Finely chop onion, ginger, green chili, raw papaya, and coriander leaves.
2.Add all the ingredients except oil, charcoal, and ghee in a large bowl and mix well with your hands.
3.Refrigerate it for at least an hour.
4.Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
5.Separate the meat mixture into small portions and shape them into a cylindrical shape around the skewers.
6.Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and brush it with oil.
7.Grill the kababs on a medium flame until golden brown from all sides.
8.Heat a charcoal piece on the stovetop till red and put a small steel bowl in the center of the pan. Put a piece of butter and the heated charcoal on the steel bowl and immediately cover the pan with a lid.
9.Smoke the kababs for at least 5 minutes or until desired smoky flavor is achieved.
