PROS

This creamy pasta dish is a great way to incorporate both salmon and prosciutto, two high protein meats packed with omega-3 fatty acids.
The peas provide an added boost of fiber and nutrients, while the lemon and mint add a bright, refreshing flavor.

CONS

This pasta sauce is on the heavier side, with the cream and parmesan cheese contributing to its high calorie and fat content.
It should be enjoyed as an occasional indulgence rather than a regular part of a healthy diet.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce inflammation and lower the risk of heart disease. Prosciutto is high in protein and iron, while peas provide an excellent source of fiber. The lemon and mint also offer antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
