12 fresh jalapenos
6 ounces squeeze packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
12 pieces of precooked grilled fajita chicken strips
jalapeno , cast iron holder for the grill ( found at grill shops or on line )
These Smoked Cream Cheese Chicken Jalapeno Poppers are a great appetizer or snack for any occasion. They are perfect for game day or a backyard barbecue. Instructions

1.Cut the tops off each jalapeno and remove the seeds and white flesh.
2.Fill each jalapeno with a small spoonful of cream cheese.
3.Top the cream cheese with a precooked fajita chicken strip.
4.Place the jalapeno poppers in a jalapeno grill holder.
5.Smoke the jalapeno poppers over indirect heat at 225°F for 1 to 1.5 hours or until the jalapenos are tender and the cream cheese is melted and lightly browned.
6.Serve hot and enjoy!
