2 cups heavy cream
5 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour ( sifted )
1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2.Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy
3.Sift in flour and cardamom, and gently fold into egg mixture
4.Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
5.Gently fold whipped cream into egg mixture
6.Pour batter into greased small cupcake molds
7.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
8.Let cool and serve with fresh berries
