Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
5 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour ( sifted )
1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.In a mixing bowl, beat 2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3.In a separate bowl, beat 5 eggs with 6 tablespoons of sugar until light and fluffy.
4.Fold in 3/4 cup of sifted flour and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom into the egg mixture until just combined.
5.Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
6.Pour the batter into greased muffin tins until they're half full.
7.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8.Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from muffin tins.
