2 cups heavy cream

3/4 cup flour ( sifted )
1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Mix in the sifted flour and cardamom.
3.In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
4.Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture.
5.Grease a cupcake tin and fill each cup ¾ of the way with the mixture.
6.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
7.Cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
