2 cups heavy cream
5 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour ( sifted )
1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 390°F.
2.In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3.Add sifted flour and cardamom and mix well.
4.Gradually add the heavy cream, while constantly stirring.
5.Grease muffin cups with butter and fill them up to 2/3.
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
