1. | Preheat the oven to 375°F. |
2. | In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, and sugar. Gradually add the sifted flour and cardamom, whisking until smooth. |
3. | Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. |
4. | Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cakes are golden brown and spring back when lightly touched. |
