1. | Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. |
2. | In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. Add sugar gradually and beat until thick. |
3. | Fold in sifted flour and cardamom until well combined. |
4. | Pour mixture into a greased mini cake pan. |
5. | Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. |
6. | Let cool before removing from pan. |
7. | Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and pipe onto cooled cakes. Serve. |
