Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
5 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour ( sifted )
1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until frothy. Add sugar gradually and beat until thick.
3.Fold in sifted flour and cardamom until well combined.
4.Pour mixture into a greased mini cake pan.
5.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
6.Let cool before removing from pan.
7.Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and pipe onto cooled cakes. Serve.
