Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
5 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour ( sifted )
1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar together until thick and pale.
3.Fold in sifted flour and cardamom.
4.Lightly grease baking cups with cooking spray.
5.Pour batter into cups, filling about 3/4 full.
6.Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Allow to cool completely.
8.Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
9.Cut small hole in the top of each cake and fill with whipped cream.
10.Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
