Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
5 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour ( sifted )
1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3.Fold in the sifted flour and cardamom.
4.In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
5.Gently fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture.
6.Spoon the batter into cupcake liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
7.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
8.Allow to cool before serving.
