Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
5 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour ( sifted )
1/2 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, and sugar until well combined.
3.Add the sifted flour and cardamom to the mixture, and continue to whisk until smooth.
4.Grease a mini muffin pan with butter.
5.Fill each muffin cup with the batter.
6.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
7.Let the cakes cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
